Your focus this week is to continue with the daily practices and do this practice 2-3 times. If you feel a lot of numbness, frustration, or find yourself falling asleep during it - no worries, that can be very common!! If that's the case for you, then be sure to do this practice at least 3 times until you start to relax into it more.
